Terms of service

All orders must be paid for prior to delivery.

In the unlikely event any items cannot be fulfilled, we'll contact you and let you know of a suitable substitute before despatching your order. If this is not suitable, please let us know and we'll refund you for the item unavailable.

Any discrepancies must be made in writing to sales@gatesideplantcentre.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

All local delivery orders have a minimum order value of £30 PLUS the delivery service fee.

Pick-up orders ou-twith opening hours will be notified when ready, with further collection instructions. There is no minimum order value for orders being pre-ordered and collected.
